Shipping Information
How can I get free shipping?
We provide free shipping for all orders that have a subtotal of 100 dollars or more. This promotion is exclusive to the continental 48 United States. Free shipping is sent via UPS Ground (See map below). Of course, you may have your fabric or faux leather expedited at an additional charge.
How long does shipping take?
We ship the same day (Monday-Friday) as you ordered, provided the order is received by 3pm CST. The time in transit varies if you select standard shipping. The map below will help determine the time to your location. If you are located in another country, please contact us. If the map shows it will take 3 days, this means that you will receive your fabric 3 business days after the date ordered.
How and where does Palazzo Fabrics ship?
All orders are shipped via UPS with tracking information. Our standard shipping is UPS ground, but we can ship second day and next day air for an additional fee. We can ship to nearly any country. Our website is able to quote shipping and take orders for all 50 states, Canada and Puerto Rico. Please contact us for shipping quotes to other countries. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
What if my order is damaged?
Please contact us immediately upon receipt of damaged merchandise. We will contact UPS and send you replacement material at no charge to you. Please keep the damaged roll(s) and all packaging materials including the plastic shipping bag for UPS to pick up.
What if my order is lost?
Please contact us if your fabric or faux leather has not arrived by the expected date. We will handle all the necessary paperwork, and immediately reship your merchandise at no charge to you. If UPS notifies us before you do, we will notify you as soon as possible.
What if I receive the wrong fabric or faux leather?
We double check all orders, but mistakes can happen. We will re-ship your order immediately, and issue a UPS pickup for the incorrect fabric or faux leather at our expense.
