Cancellations, Exchanges and Returns
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If the fabric or faux leather has not been cut, we will happily cancel the order at no fee. If the fabric or faux leather has been cut or shipped, there will be a 10 percent restocking fee accessed. If the fabric or faux leather has shipped, please see "Returning Your Order" below. You can assume your fabric or faux leather will be cut within 2 hours of ordering if it is a business day (Monday to Friday), and shipped by 4:30pm CST.
Can I exchange my order?
If you wish to return your fabric in exchange for another fabric, you may do so within 30 days. You will be required to pay for the return shipping, and the new shipping cost for the new fabric. The fabric you are returning, must be on the tube, and not cut into. You must notify us that you are exchanging, when you contact us for return authorization.
What if my order is damaged?
If your fabric or faux leather was damaged during shipping, or if there is damage upon inspection, save the original packaging and contact us immediately. We will happily reship your order at no additional cost, and tell UPS to pick up the material at our expense. In addition, do not cut into the fabric or faux leather until it has been inspected. After cutting into the material, we cannot take it back. Please contact us for return authorization.
What if I no longer need or want the fabric ordered?
You may return your fabric or faux leather within 30 days of receiving it. We will refund you the entire purchase cost less a 10 percent restocking fee and the shipping. You will be responsible for shipping the fabric or faux leather back to us. We cannot accept a return for any fabric or faux leather that has been cut into, or is not on a tube. To return your fabric or faux leather, please contact us for return authorization.
