Ordering and Payment

 

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit/debit cards, check and money orders. If you write a check, there will be a 10 day delay in shipping. If you pay with a credit card online, we do not retain or see this information (except for the last 4 digits, and the payment method). Unless notified, we will only charge you when your order ships. In case of a backorder, you will not be charged until we ship your order.

 

What if my fabric or faux leather is not in stock?

Backorders happen infrequently, but they do arise. In the case of a backorder, we will contact you. We will notify you when we will have your fabric in stock, and again notify you when your fabric ships by emailing you a tracking number. We will not charge you until your fabric ships.

 

Can I cancel or add to my already placed order?

You may cancel your order up until the fabric or faux leather is cut without a fee. Once the fabric or faux leather is cut, you may cancel your order, but there will be a restocking fee of 10 percent. If you wish to add to your order, you may do so at anytime, up until the order ships. It is important that you notify us of a cancelation or an addition as soon as possible. Please note, your fabric or faux leather will likely be cut within 2 hours of purchasing.

 

Can you send fabric direct to my customer or to another address?

We will ship your package to any address you would like. If we are shipping to an address other than your billing address, we will provide a packing list instead of a detailed receipt inside the package. If you would like us to blind ship your package, please contact us.

 

How long will it take to ship my order?

Order received by 3pm CST will ship the same day provided the material is not backordered. If you order Friday after 3pm CST-Sunday, we will ship your fabric on Monday. If we are not able to meet the above policy, we will notify you.

 

How can I track my order?

We will notify you when your fabric ships, by sending you an email with a tracking number. Click on the tracking number to track your package. If you did not receive a tracking number, please contact us. Please be sure to check your spam folder.

 

How do I know if you have received and shipped my order?

Shortly after you place your order, you will receive a confirmation notice. You will also receive an additional email when your order ships with tracking information and a receipt.

 

Does Palazzo Fabrics charge sales tax?

There is no sales tax charged if we are shipping anywhere in the United States, and do not have a facility in your state.
